As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering home improvement solutions which include:
HVAC, Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding, and Whole Home Generators.
We provide some pre-set leads, however our top performers are go getters who aren't deterred from generating their own leads.
We offer great benefits and an excellent training program, including a 4-week paid training and 13-week non-recoverable draw.
The successful candidate will be able to earn six figures (uncapped commissions).
Responsibilities:
Connect with customers and clearly identify their needs Provide presentation to customers interested in home improvement solutions Achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives Ability to self-generate leads Build strong customer relationships Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions Utilize sales tools and resources to maximize sales effectiveness Requirements:
