Operate within standard procedures and react to client outagesTroubleshoot and provide problem determination and resolutionOwn incidents until resolved, engaging other engineers as necessaryEstablish work priorities based on guidelines and review work for accuracyMentor other engineers and create/edit training manuals and proceduresJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experienceExperience in planning, deploying, and supporting advanced technologiesPassion for technology and strong technical aptitudeWorking knowledge in a variety of hardware and network technologiesHands-on experience in large enterprise or data center environmentsCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certificationCALL NOW:
