Our company is looking for a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to provide administrative support to our team.
A successful candidate will have experience in handling sensitive information and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial purchases, sales, and leases.
Conduct title searches and review title reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements.
Coordinate closings and communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to real estate transactions.
Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
