- Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Coordinate and supervise the dining room staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers - Train new employees on proper service techniques and company policies - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with food production and ensure quality standards are met - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering functions - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Skills:
