As part of our Support team, you will provide first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using our home sleep test.
Customer communications may include assisting patients with registration, scheduling deliveries, arranging appointments, and responding to inquiries.
In addition, you will work in collaboration with the Sales team to deliver and continually improve upon our service.
This includes assessing customer needs and guiding solutions.
The hourly rate is $17.
00 This position is full-time remote position.
Hours are 12:
30 PM to 9:
00 PM CT.
You must have the capability to work remotely (connectivity and computer).
PTO, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
All new hires must complete two weeks of remote training.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
