Maintenance Mechanic
Maintenance Mechanic Blow Mold/Injection Mold Technician Summary of Essential Job Functions:
o Sets up and operates BFS machines and support equipment to produce bottled sterile solutions. o Sets up and operates BFS machines to produce bottled sterile solutions. o Ensures that machines are working properly(exmolds, extruders, mold machines) o Start-up of purified water system and maintain operation. o Compound solutions per SOP's and prescribed formulations. o Knows and understands standards for products. o Follows written operating procedures. o Maintains proper Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and Workplace o Contamination Rules compliance. Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); higher education preferred. Proven track record with mechanical systems, i.eautomotive repair, filling operations, blow molding, etc. Skill Requirements o Ability to read blueprints, familiarity with electronics a plus, experience in a cGMP environment, o a plus. o Experience in blow molding and/or filling operations, and/or blow fill seals, a plus. o Electrical PLC Programming o Ability to follow written procedures and document results. Recurring physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, crouching, using tools, frequently lifting up-to 30 pounds, occasionally lift up-to 50 pounds and on rare occasion lift up-to 100 pounds. Permanent plus benefits that include Health, Dental, Vacation, Holiday pay, 401k with 3% match $32.00-37.00/hr DOE Permanent Position 1st shift:
7am-3pm plus OT 2nd shift:
