Consult with clients to determine their network system requirements and architecture needs, ensure seamless delivery of network system product and technology feature sets, handle system design, development and deployment, handle program coordination between developers, managers, engineers and administrators, accountable for project resourcing, timeliness, quality and software compatibility, oversee design document and requirements document changes, ensure proper integration and system testing, track and deploy software development builds with Java, Oracle and SQL and provide process improvements regarding software delivery. Master's degree plus 6 months experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required.
