Mainframe Technical Lead

Research, design and execute IT mainframe projects within time frame and budget, ascertain business needs, prepare functional specifications and design documents, conduct testing to improve system performance, engage in peer review, solve problems, assist with implementation, provide production support, update project status and prepare reports. Work with COBOL, JCL, SQL and DB2. Bachelor's degree plus 60 months experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required. No telecommuting.
