Job Description:
As a Telemarketing Associate you will be responsible for making outbound calls to cold leads, prospects and customers, introducing new services, scheduling appointments and generating leads to drive new business for the Agency.
Duties:
Execute agency telemarketing campaigns. Generate leads for future business. Follow up with leads to secure appointments. Follow agency customer relationship management (CRM) processes to document all final dispensations of each call. This is a part time temporary position
Skills:
Ideal candidate is assertive, ambitious and possesses a Winning Attitude, Inside Sales/Telemarketing experience required, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Good voice inflection, Organizational and time management skills required, Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel, Basic computer skills, Able to work with deadlines and handle pressure, Prior insurance agency experience a plus, Self-motivated
Requirements
: Inside Sales/Telemarketing experience required / 1 - 2 yrs, High school diploma or the equivalent, Experience in professional office environment required
