Overview:
If you have demonstrated leadership skills, top notch sale/marketing skills, financial acumen and a commitment to quality service for your residents, AMLI at Museum Gardens is the place to be. As the Property Manager you will be responsible for the operational and financial aspects of a property. You will drive business results in personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements and information reporting.
Requirements:
High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry; experience managing Class A apartment communities is preferred.
Experience with Social Media platforms; Facebook, twitter, Pinterest is a big plus.
